Each participant learns:
- risk & time management
- leadership
- teamwork
- discipline skills
- Etiquette
- First Aid skills
- Survival techniques
Activities include martial arts, rappelling, survival techniques, night dropping, shooting, cooking, diving, shooting, fitness, positive thinking and effective communication.
